Welcome to the Arboleas, Almeria Community website. This new look to the main website has been set up to compliment the highly successful and popular Arboleas Forum.
 
Within this part of the website we will aim to provide the local people, not just to Arboleas and Albox, but to the whole of the South East region of Spain. From Roquetas de Mar to Murcia and beyond. From the coastal towns of Mojacar, Vera, Aguilas and Amleria to the inland towns of Baza, Purchena, Oria and Albox.
We are a solid part of the community and our vision is to help not only local people but also the businesses that are working hard to provide the populous with their services and supplies.
We want to help encourage the growth of the various sporting clubs in the region. Albox Rugby, local Golf associations, darts clubs, ten pin bowling leagues.
These are all important to not only expats living here but also to the Spanish. Most of whom have welcomed the influx of North Europeans to the wonderful region of Almeria.
Over the coming months there will be a variety of articles written by local people published on the website.
We are looking at having a facility whereby the sports clubs can take video and photos of their games / events and send them to us to upload to the website for all to share in their enjoyment.
Lastly, we would like to thank all those that have shown us immense support since we took over the forum and website back in October 2011. We have been overwhelmed by the messages we receive both via the forum and email, plus when we are out and about. With people saying how much friendlier the forum is these days. We do have our new moderating team to thank a great deal for that. Phil and Sharron
