You could try Galgos Del Sol. They rescue Galgos/Greyhounds. They are based in Murcia but can travel.

Somebody has  " dropped off " a lovely brindle greyhound bitch at the Sprite bar in Los Colorados . She is very timid ( and thin) I have tried to get close but she is very wary of humans. Can somebody help please ? 
I already have a rescue  dog and support the cats and dogs in this area. She turns up at about 1730 ish
