Zurgena wifi

At 2am this morning, the Zurgena wi fi was off in Palaces and as far as I know, it still is. For obvious reasons, I cannot comment about any other areas covered by Zurgena.

Does anyone know if they got their free month with zurgena wifi as my friend has just phoned me and said that they can not connect as their time has run out, even tho they did not get a full month due to it being off most of the last month was told they would get a free month but do not seem to have got it. sunrun
