When selling a spanish registered car, does the buyer need to have a NIE that is less than three months old?
We have been told two different versions of this.
1. You just need a NIE.
2. It must be dated within the last three months, if not a new NIE is required.

The Buyer needs an padron copy dated within 90 days ( ie they pop into there TH and get a copy for a euro )
a passport copy
an NIE Copy date irrelavent
Your "NIE" is for life, it is a Padron that needs to less than three Months.
