Getting fed up with this Internet keep going off and on every 10 minutes! Since they have been installing fibre its gone to the point of useless at times.

We have been with them since they started and almost no problems and any that were were quickly dealt with. We have never had a problem in contacting Juan or one of his staff. Obviously further out there are problems with infrastructure and its hard to be everywhere when a problem occurs. Hopefully things will improve for those suffering.
Been with them since day 1. Rarely is there a problem. When there is, it is sorted promptly.
Our TV blank at moment 'Connection Problem' has happened 2-3 times in last 5-6 weeks. Generally though Juan sorts it quite quickly.....although still no picture!!!
