Their web site says that from April 1 billing will be every two months.

A while ago we recieved a letter from Endesa saying that they were going over to Bi-Monthly Billing!
I guess that means they will take the money every other month. You never now with them. could mean twice a month.

hi, can anyone help, endesa always bills us 8th -10th of each month. last month the bill was double from what we were expecting now no bill has arrived at our bank first time in 12 years, are they changing the format does anyone know anything that might clear this up. thanks.

Hmmm.....was it an estimado or real last month. 

If it was estimated last month and you paid double then no bill this month cold be right. You am be in credit

We don't always receive a paper copy so I wouldn't worry about that.

If in doubt pop in to their office in huercal overa or Vera assuming your near by or failing that call them.
