Title: Electron card
Post by: David C on December 27, 2008, 20:24:03 PM
For those wanting to avoid one of the Ryanair surcharges for the use of the mandatory plastic card, HSBC have given in to the pressure and will be issuing Electron cards from January 1st - good old consumer pressure is beginning to be notices by the big banks - unfortunately not Lloyd's though, they have stopped theirs.

Halifax still issue Electron cards on their cash accounts. I sure I read somewhere that they were reversing the decision to stop these accounts. Might be worth checking it out.
