Title: IBI on rural properties

JUST TO CLARIFY:  If your Spanish home is classified as RURAL and jointly owned, each of you may get an IBI bill (50% each).

Or as happened to us one gets a bill charged direct to the bank account and the other gets an embargo to the same account.
