ALBOX POST OFFICE URGENT HELP NEEDED

My friends on HOLIDAY IN ORIA and cannot get home,  they had their medication posted to a place which has now closed down, does anyone know what post office it could be at, the house where they are staying has no mail delivery service.   They both suffer from illnesses and need their medication urgent
