SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Agenda

1. Initial approval of Innovation 14.
The provisional documents had been circulated to the various Junta departments and amendments and additions have now been made as a result of this initial consultation process.
We are now approving the amended plan.
The intention is to publish this plan in the official boletin on Monday for 30 days.
It will then be sent to the Junta Urban Works Delegation in Almeria at the end of June.
They will seek the approval of the various Junta departments. The law allows up to 3 months for this process.

2. Report of the legal process instigated by two telecom companies regarding the decisions made by the Council in 2010.

3. Approval of the amended agreement with the Catastro Office, giving delegated powers to Arboleas Council for the receipt and registration of Catastro documents.

4. Final approval of the plan for the sewage treatment plant in Los Higuerales. This plan was published in the official boletin on 31st March and there have been no objections.

5. A report of the debts of Arboleas Council at June 2011.
This report arises following a demand by the former Mayor and current leader of the PSOE for the present Council to justify the information we published in the Council Information leaflet regarding the level of debt which we had inherited.
