I had some small work done, I had the materials for some time paid iva etc contracted the labour at €300 . License cost me €55

5% of the works cost ,approx ie materials & labour.

(subject to town hall estimates on the works cost)

best measure the pool & Square meters of tiles  ,take some snaps and pop into the town hall and see Gerardo the town hall Architect . .for the licence cost.

Does anyone know what Arboleas charges for this type of licence? Our swimming pool has to be completely retiled. Thanks.
