Gardener required

I am looking for a gardener, for weeding initially and moving forward, fortnightly maintenance and removal of garden waste.

I want an hourly rate, not someone quoting for a job as though its a one off and never to be seen again, or turning up for 3 hours when they feel like it.  I need a regular commitment please.
