Long term rural rental required between Purchena & Seron.

This seems to be an impossible feat to find a rural property ie no neighbours or at least a good distance away.

Preferably closer to Seron than Albox but passed being that fussy, must have outside space for two dogs (outside dogs with own kennel) ideal if walled/fenced garden.

Don't need a pool, do need water & electricity in some form (have solar power at the moment so that's not an issue) must be able to have Internet and I'm not worried whether it's furnished or not or needs decorating etc.

Anything considered in a country location.

Excellent refs available, employed, solvent & property owner but need to relocate for work and quickly.
