Most of Sky pay channel should be easily available on that size dish.
But with that sized dish you may find the main, non sky pay channels, like BBC ITV C4 and Five are not available or right on the limit of reception (depends really exactly where you are as reception changes dramatically).
That said, is there such a thing as a 1.5m dish? 125x135 offset, 1.4m prime focus and then 1.8 prime focus afaik
