We feel that we are not getting all that was promised, it was good, NO buffering, but since the company took ALL the BT channels and a few others off and replacing with other content ? and the 7 day back up  can sometimes go a bit Awry , even get a micro second flash as if a normal programme is trying to catch up, so, what recommendations please for us , forget the Arbieland person, and we would only pay monthly !
