Very friendly Podego dog found abandoned

I have a beautiful natured podego which has taken residence outside my house.  I feed him daily but sadly I have three dogs and moving shortly to a much smaller property with a very small garden so cannot take him in.   Please, can anyone help?  I am more than happy to pay for a bag of food each week for him if any kind soul can take him?  Please help.  I have some photos and if you pm me I will send them to you.
