Andy of Blocked Drains R us found ours uses a pipe down the loo and a sound finder outside took 5 mins to locate it.

The metal detector will detect the lid for the trap, which is usually within a metre or so of the pozo concrete lid.

This is assuming that the whole is not buried deep below the surface. Mine: 100mm below the surface, my neighbour's was approx. 1 metre down!

Same builder, same occasion of building.

Good luck!

Blocked Drains R Us Andy or Maggie.
A wise old owl sat in an oak,
The more he saw the less he spoke,
The less he spoke, the more he heard,
Why aren't we like that wise old bird?

I need to locate my pozo. The previous owner had lots of hard landscaping done and I think he's covered the pozo. When  I asked him where it was, he said he didn't know!! I think he may well have known, but didn't want to say he'd laid tiles over it! Does anyone known of a company that can "do the biz" and find my pozo? I want to re-tile largish sections and don't want to do it until I know where the damned pozo is!

All help appreciated.
