Missing out on trips

I had to cancel the trip to Nijar and Almeria shopping centre as I only had 11 names on the list. Since then I have had people coming and asking to have their names put down for this trip.  It’s not an easy job organising these trips but I love doing it and it’s not an easy decision to have to cancel one but the trip was advertised weeks ago so please if you want to go on one of these trips I need to know well in advance. Please don’t leave it to the last minute.
