Swimming Pool Conversion

Hi.
We had one of these systems when we bought our house 12 years ago. Expensive to have the system installed and it didn't work properly from day one. Also trusted a Brit and got ripped off. Pipes suffered corrosion and pool cover damaged due to the salt.
Changed to chlorine I've. Much better.
Some people though say it's great

Hi All
Has anyone had experience converting a pool to "Salt Water Chlorination" ?
How difficult is it ? ideas of costs ? suppliers of parts or installers ?

Any rellevent info welcome
