Information has now been received regarding Catastral Registration for
Las Huevanillas.
This information will be used for IBI (Council Tax) bills so it is important that the information is correct.

The following houses have been registered in the name of the owner.

Calle Los Almendros.       Numbers 4, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26.
Calle Las Higueras.          Numbers 1,3,7,9,11,15, 19, 2, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24.
Avenida las Huevanillas.  Numbers 12, 14, 16.

However it is advisable for owners to check in the Town Hall that the correct owner is registered.

Calle las Higueras.           Numbers 13, 17.
Avenida las Huevanillas. Numbers 6, 8, 10, 18.

House owners should bring the house documents to the Town Hall to complete a change of registration form 901.

House owners should bring the house documents to the Town Hall to complete the correct registration form 902.
