Hi Cobra,
from the buyer you need the spanish log book with an upto date ITV, copy of there NIE, Residecia or padron and a copy of the car tax recipt paid.

you will need either a recidencia if not uk passport, nie or padron.

Cost is all dependant on the car you are buying ,as you get a tax on its age, value and emissions + cost of assoria.

I have use Ballesta in Hurcal Overa and paperwork usually takes 2-3 weeks to return

You can do it yourself at the traffico if you feel up to it ? LOL

Hi after buying a spanish car,can anyone tell us how to transfer the documentation into our name,where we

have to go to do this,how much does it cost and how long does it take.
