Chinese shops, Pharmacies, the Orthopedic shop opposite the Hospital in Huercal-Overa or if you want a fancy one and a day out the are lots of shops selling them in Caravaca de la Cruz (one of the Camino routes goes from Caravaca to Santiago del Compostela)

Hi guys can anyone point me in the right direction of how to obtain one of these.  Is for a friend and they would need it for the next week and to travel back to England with it, so I would have said to buy one would be perfect.  They live in Arboleas so somewhere local would be fab.
