If in Albox go to the hospital via Taberno. If going to Mojacar go via The Pink house.

Agreed I had a hospital appt this morning at HO, left Los Carasoles at 9.15 and got stuck in the traffic.  Got to hospital at 9.55 five minutes before my appt!

Be warned and give yourself extra time. 

They are resurfacing quite a long stretch

If you are going to Almeria or Murcia give yourself more time as they are recovering the road between the roundabout and Overa slip road onto the a334 i got as far as the Cepsa garage and I was stuck there for more than 15 minutes.

On my way back the traffic was even worse going towards the motorway.
