SHERBERT - Feliz Ano Nuevo!

Its been a lot longer that 2011 - we moved here in 2001 so fully understand about The Three Kings.  We moved back to UK in 2008 and this will be our first return in January - just needed to know when the Tiendas (shops) are open.

Non sarcastic reply welcome.

Does anyone know if there's anything going on in Albox please?

Los Gallardos have areally good medieval markey on the sixth. They have a big production of the three kings story which is well worth seeing

Footy,
As you have been a member since 2011 I am surprised that you don,t understand Kings,  It will probably last until Tuesday, after all it is the second most important day in the Spanish calendar, after 'Santa Semana'.
Depending upon which village  or town you live in in may be longer or shorter.

How long does the 3 Kings holiday last for and when things get back to normal?

Hi as others have said ir is usually on the eve of dia de los Reyes Magos(epiphany).
So will be on the 5th.
Garrucha is good as the kings come in by boat. Most towns and villages will celebrate this more than Christmas
Vida. Disfruta el viaje.

The processions take place on January 5. The one in Arboleas starts at 4.00pm.
January 6 is very quiet.
