Juan has got back to us and they are working on it now. He is upgrading the system and will be circa 20 mins.

I have lost internet twice - this morning, and again now. Is anyone else in the same predicament? I have emailed the company who has taken over, but not got a response yet. I'm in Los Huevanillas.
