Hi Rainbow,

Yes, the clerks are in the office on the left as you go in, the back office is a guy called Paco, (he speaks a bit of English) being Spain, whether he, or any particular person, is in at 8.00am is debatable, but he should be.  You will need passport, NIE, and proof of where you live, rental agreement or escretura.  You will have to go back later, after the Mayor has signed it.  The Mayor is definitely in at 10.00am.  Cost about 80 cents or a euro, as I remember.

It's to get a padron .. would the people i need to see be around at 8 am .. as that time would be alot better. Thanks.
