POOL SAND FILTER

Got an  Astra sand filter which is seeping from the centre seal - looks to have been going on a while as, on investigation, there is calcium deposit.  Can anyone advise a) if it can be repaired, or b) how much would a new one cost, including fitting?  Who do I contact locally (Arboleas/Albox area) for a repair/replacement?  Much obliged for any assistance/advice offered.
