abandoned car in rambla(la perla)

this vehicle(fiesta?) was dumped almost a week ago,the registration removed of course,today it's upside down & 2 wheels removed,at this rate it might disappear completely by summer!!
late last year a red rover was also dumped but thankfully was soon removed(scrap value?),the builders waste is bad enough but cars!!!
we had a walk thru to almanzora this morning & what a differance,no rubbish to be seen,about time the guardia took an interest in all this fly tipping.
