If you want the 0,0 flour for home made pasta they sell it in Home from Home in Turre.

I saw some fresh pasta in Lidl today, but did not pay much attention so could have had lasagne

I make it myself 1 egg for every 100gms of flour simples. Strong white or just plain will do, better if you can get hold of double zero flour
