Newly available, direct from the owner, a detached, fully furnished, well proportioned, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with large, enclosed garden, roof solarium, plenty of parking and a hot tub, situated in a secluded, countryside position yet only 7 minutes drive from the bustling town of Albox, an authentic working, Spanish town where you will find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, a 24 hour medical centre, dentists, banks etc and an expat community.  A car is essential!

This is the perfect base to search for your new home in Spain.  Everything you need is provided for your comfort and convenience, from comfortable beds, duvets, sofas, to hot and cold air conditioning, fast internet connection, 48" Smart television, with access to UK TV programmes, a pellet burning stove for those cold winter nights and a gas barbecue for those mellow evenings.  All kitchen utensils and crockery, fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.  Even electric blankets for those cold winter nights.  Ready to move in to - just bring your toothbrush.  The en suite bathroom has a bath with shower over and the Jack'n'Jill bathroom, connected to the second bedroom, has a large walk-in shower, with rainforest shower head. Hot water is provided by bottled, propane gas.  A delivery man calls once a fortnight.   Each of the three bedrooms has a 3 door wardrobe, with cupboards above, ample drawer space, ceiling fans, bedside lights and the master bedroom also has hot and cold air conditioning and french doors to the garden.  There is a digital safe available.

The south facing garden is fully walled and secure and there are various areas for all day sun (or shade), including a shady nook under cover of a shade sail with soft, artificial grass and a wind protecting wall. There is also, a totally private, rooftop solarium, with far reaching views.  The spa (hot tub) has 6 seats, each providing therapeutic massage to the back, hips, neck and legs including  reflexology jets from the full length, lay back 'seat'.  The garden is mature with a wide variety of Mediterranean plants and trees and contains many pots of pretty geraniums, wall climbers and fruit trees.  There is parking for at least 4 cars.  There is also an underground, 6000 litre, pumped water depósito, which provides constant pressure to the house and garden and is an extremely useful addition for the odd occasion when the mains  water is cut.  Unusually, for this part of the world, there is mains drainage too.

The property is available for a negotiable period of 6 months, from about mid-November onwards but could be extended by mutual agreement.
Rent is â,¬550 per calendar month plus bills
Deposit is one month's rent
Well behaved animals will be considered. 
Tenants who are prepared to care for the garden will be given priority although the owners will visit on a monthly basis (by prior arrangement) to administer treatments to the palm trees.  References, credit checks and a deposit will be required. 

The owner has lived in Spain for 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge that she is happy to share with potential newcomers to the area and can help out with advice about where to go and who to see.
