My villa is going to be available for long term rent from the end of July, it is in Las Golondrinas Arboleas and consists of: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge and separate kitchen, it has a pool and a garage and is walled and gated,  it has a nice covered terrace that over looks the pool, the pool also has a fancy wall around it which is gated so is secure if you have small children/grandchildren. I do not mind animals if you have pets. It is a very quiet area and very private without being cut off from people.
