Amazon need help

Since Brexit always use Amazon.es and delivered to CATS in La Alfoquia, never a single problem.

The lockers don't have a number.  When the package is put in the locker and closed, an email is sent to the buyer with the code to unlock it.  The door opens automatically when the correct code is entered on the touch screen.

Not sure how it works but does each package not have the locker number on it.

Did you collect it from the Amazon hub at the BP Petrol Station in Albox? The people who work there there may be able to suggest something - > Best on a weekday morning, when managerial staff are on duty [Rosario is particularly helpful when it comes to solving problems]. They also have a large container in the shop holding certain Amazon deliveries.

Perhaps the name on the package would help as someone is waiting for it.

Need help had a package delivered to the the locker in albox when I got home realise that the package had somebody's else's name and address Been on Amazon Spain there is nowhere I can find how to return a package that been put in the wrong locker obviously the delivery driver has made the mistake
