Freddie that puppy is allowed to roam by its owner as was their previous dog umpregnating any willing bitches in the area.  They did tie him up for a short period but now he has no collar so is on the loose all the time.  He follows us on our walks but always returns to his home.  The owners previous dog vanished, probabky picked up as a stray.  Don't know why they have dogs.

Hi thanks Freddie but unable to put a picture on , the pup looks well looked after its a small brown / white  like a fluffy jack  type pup realy nice little male dog , if we didn't have two rescue dogs we would have kept him, cheers peter

Peter, there is a puppy in La perla that is often running loose, he has an owner but we have noticed over the past couple of days his collar has been removed so maybe they have chucked him out have you got a photo of him by any chance, if it is the same one then a local lady reported the owner to the police because he was not being treated well
