Sweetest cat ever looking for a home

Helo,

i'm moving out end of this month and i can't take my cat with me because living with my parents, their 4 dogs and chickens its not working out.
Its a street cat i found, he's a year old and ginger.
Althow he has nothing street...very affectionate, very communicative, very dependent i really hope he'll find a new home
can live with dogs, works perfectly with my pug.

If you know anyone who could take him or a re homing organisation, please let me know
i also have 3 kittens, 2 syamese, 1 black in the home i'm leaving but they are wild...
