Receiving english tv Humax Freesat?

Hi.. The Humax is a great receiver, But there are other options that can offer more channels and programmes for less money.

We have the 1.8 famaval dishes in stock with both wall and floor mount options available but you may well be able to get all the channels you want on a different system at a fraction of the price.

Please get quotes and talk to other members before committing to a large dish system that you may not need.

As stated you will require the bigger dish & with the correct vpn they work. I should know i have the box you are talking about.

Yes, a  Humax HD TV Freesat Receiver with Free Time (HB-1000s) connected to a 1.2 satellite dish will receive English TV in Albox

But which English TV channels you get will be limited by the 1.2m dish - and it will be unlikely to receive BBC ITV C4s and Fives.

As mentioned may times you will need at least a 1.8m dish for those channels in that area...

And remember Freetime will only access the "iplayers" if you have a UK VPN service...
