Does anyone know where I can get welding done? It's a really small and simple job.

DEpends on how far you want to go.  There's a metalwork guy on the bottom road (N340a) in Huercal-Overa (next to the pet shop/alost opposite ferreteria Tapia) who no doubt could do it - he made me a hole load of rejas.
