Thanks for the replies, I think it is too small for me to try and hand rear. I shall take it to the vets later.

If you want to rear it yourself there is lots of information on wildlifeinformation.org if you google orphaned bat it should bring the information up.  Best of luck.

I have just found a dead Bat but attached to it is a tiny baby still alive.  Can anyone give me any advice on what to do?
