LEGAL AT LAST

It has been 15 months since I had my solar electric system installed and working.
Today I have received notification that my system is now at long last registered with the Department of Industry in Madrid, as required by the law of November 2015,
And I have an official copy of the registration in my name.
So no chance of a massive fine.
My installer has done everything correctly from day one.
The problem has been Endesa who are responsible for the registration.
When Endesa was asked to register the system, as they are legally required to do, they did not know how to do it.
It seems most installations have not been registered with them so it was all new to them.
