Integral Bread Flour

I used to buy flour from HSH in Turre but they don't stock it now they have moved, I will try Iceland. Thanks for your replies.

The English shop in Turre (HSH I think) used to have a nice range of bread flour. Otherwise Overseas Supermerket, Vera (akak Iceland) and Girasol in Albox.

Note if you buy more than you need immediately store it in the freezer it will then keep for ages.

Girasol in Albox sell integral bread flour.   We sometimes do a half and half mix with strong white flour and normal integral - not quite as good but works okay.

Coiran sell Fuerte flour, I buy mine from there

Thanks jusjac but I have only found normal integral flour, not fuerte flour for bread.
