Your local branch of the Royal British Legion is in Zurgena.  They hold monthly meetings at the Bar Trinidad in Arboleas including Branch Meeting on the first Thursday of the month, Coffee Morning on the third Thursday of the month and Quiz Afternoon on the last Tuesday of the month.

They also do bowling on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month.

They hold various functions throughout the year including the Chairman´s BBQ in June.

All monies raised from these events remains in Spain to help provide assistance.

There is a dedicated Welfare team in Spain North headed up by Pam Twissell-Cross who has years of experience providing guidance with regards to hospital visits, buddying or just someone to speak to.  They can point you in the right direction for help around the home, personal needs or provide information on who to speak to regarding medical issues.
