Is there a Spanish equivalent to Calpol?

Apiretal is paracetamol for kids and Dalsy is ibropufen for kids

both available at the pharmacy

I buy Apiretal paracetamol and Junifen ibuprofen for my kids.  The Junifen is the same as the Nurofen for Children we have in England, same packaging etc just a name change, from what I can tell.  It comes in 2% and 4% strengths, depending on the age of the child. 

Ask the pharmacist, they'll be able to advise you  :)
