It's going to be in place in the next hour or 2, so now we just have to wait for the test signal to start

As of this morning 10° to go so on track to be in position around the 25th/26th. Then final testing when we should start to be able to give everyone an idea of what is going to happen.
Best guess at the moment is change over on or around 14th Feb (Happy Valentines)

Just to keep everyone up to date the tracking sites and and techie blogs show that Astra 2e started its final move to 28.2 last night. It has so far only moved 1° so don't panic. It should take 10-11 days then there will be another testing phase. It is then that MOST questions will start to be answered.
