Hello. Has any one just sold there house please.  I have been told about the tax man taking a lot of money.
Plus the town hall.  And she can't buy here it has left her very much short on the house she wants .
All these stories get around, and they get bigger by the moment.  I need to sell health wise, but I want to stay in Spain. Closer to a airport
Please tell me what happens , from going to the notoria to getting paid for house.
