There have been a number of channel frequency changes over the last few days - which is nothing to do with the new satellite, but simply a transfer of frequencies from one satellite operator (Eutelsat) and another (Astra).

Some channels have been placed onto temporary frequencies, before they move later this week to their final frequencies.

However, some frequencies have been moved to the 2F UK beam, and in some areas this is a lot harder to receive that its previous frequency.
So for example, if your dish is too small to receive Channel Five (also  on the UK 2F beam), then you will not get the other channels on that beam, like Classic FM.
Not a low you can do about this, apart from wait and see what happens later this week.

Sky boxes should automatically update to the new frequencies, but if they do not then simply unplug and replug the power to reboot the box and redownload the Sky Guide with the new frequencies.
Freesat boxes should also automatically update, usually doing their housekeeping in the early hours. IF not, then a new Freesat sat is required.

Users of other boxes will need to perform a channel scan via the installation menu of their receiver.

i've "lost" a few music stations in the last couple of days...heart & capital tv along with radio stations like absolute 80's(0107).
