Thanks Karen.  I want it for tea.  It's a very good anti inflammatory but without side effects.

Lat time we bought it was in Morrisons in Gibraltar...made the mistake of not wearing gloves when peeling and chopping, and ended up with hands that looked like they belonged to the world's heaviest smokers! To tell you the truth, I'd never buy fresh again, far too much trouble and hard work!
