Basura question

Gooners, No builders rubble of any description and quantity allowed in basura bins. The rubbish lorries will not take it and if it gets into the lorry it will cause a lot of damage to the workings.

Hi Guys
With regard to basura rates we pay, is it acceptable to put maybe a black bin liner of rubble in there occasionally, I'm not talking of filling the bin to the brim every day, just that amount occasionally. Also does it have to be put in bags or can I put a bucket at a time loosely?
I'd rather not offend anyone.
