Help with Insurance settlement

Spanish friend of mine settled with the consorcio about 3 weeks back but there was a dispute over amounts involved.
Contact them & ask what is going on.

Tried Concorcio but they turned us down and told us to claim off our insurance which we did but we haven't hear a word from them for about 3 months.

Ring them up ,e-mail regularly until you get some answers.

Can anyone tell me if they are still waiting to have their insurance claim settled from last Octobers storm?
