The law and child seats ?? advice.. please.

Up to 135cm and 25 kg they must be in a carseat with restraints type 2-3
up to 140 and 35 kg they must use a booster seat
It is recommended that children between 135-150 use adequate child seats.

No child under 12 is allowed in the front seat, unless all the back seats are filled with children younger than the child in question and if they require a car seat this must be used as well.

My 10 year and 8 year old no longer need them

Hi again.. to follow on from the other ask.. what is the law in spain re children in a  car please.. ie car seats etc..boosters etc...We have a 7 and 5 years old.. seats belts being a given..xxx Liz wife of Steve
