I have been there on several occasions - when they were Nissan  and when they changed to Ford - with a small problem  and each time it was fixed immediately at no charge !!!!

I have Ford Fusion, and one of my brake light bulbs packed up, went into the Ford dealer near Longo's, one of the technicians immediately fitted a new one, cost 2€. Hows that for service! And yes I do have some interest in this as I did 25 years in Ford's Transmission plant at Halewood.
