The process to regularise illegal houses in Albox begins in earnest

That's interesting; why is it that one local authority have properties that are rustic and can be construed as urban and a neighbouring one cannot??

This does not affect Arboleas because all of our rustic houses are urbanisable.
Innovation 14 is different because it will legalise all the rustic houses in Arboleas.
This alternative route of regularisation is for houses which cannot be legalised because of their location or because of other conflict with regional planning regulations.

Great news for the people of albox. Does this mean getting all the legal paperwork for illegal/irregular properties will be done relatively quickly in albox, or are you waiting for innovation 14 as well as us in Arboleas. Sorry if this sounds a bit thick but I am wondering if all areas with illegal properties have to jump through the same hoops as Arboleas. Hopefully our town hall will be enjoying inn 14 coming through shortly,after 5 years hard slog to get there.
